Terms of service
All stores are required to comply with the following procedures to ensure proper fulfillment and delivery of their orders:

Orders must be placed by 10 a.m. on the ordering day determined and provided during initial training

Should your store choose to go without delivery for a week, they must email garesourcesllc.il@gmail.com, notifying staff before or at the time your order is due.

Syrups are to be listed alphabetically, with sugar-free syrups being separated and ordered last.

Orders must meet a $350 minimum to qualify for delivery unless otherwise authorized.

Orders below this minimum are required to:

Be picked up at the GAR office during regular operating hours

9a-3p with a time scheduled with the facility

Be shipped at your store’s expense

All orders are to be signed off on by a store manager

Signing off on this form establishes that you agree the order is correct and have no concerns.

Count items upon delivery in each tote before signing off

Should you have any problems with your order, please notify the courier and email our office directly following the order receipt to resolve the issue

Orders will be delivered the morning of your delivery day from our warehouse in Olney, IL

Please allow for time for our courier to arrive safely and deliver to other stores along our route

Delivery times are estimates

Please authorize only store managers and owners to retain the personal information of our staff, including phone numbers

The primary form of contact requested is email, and the secondary is via phone call

GA Resources does not currently allow for returns due to over-ordering.

Tip: Ensure your inventory is correct before placing an order by accurately counting quantities.

Orders placed outside regular delivery times require 48 hours to produce.

These orders are for pickup or shipping at the store’s cost only.

Pickup orders must be scheduled with GAR staff to ensure office availability.
